SAGAWA ART MUSEUM

Located next to Lake Biwa with a view of Mt. Hiei and Mt. Hira, exhibits of Sagawa Art Museum mainly focus on the works of Hirayama Ikuo , Sato Churyo and Raku Jikinyu. Appearing as if to float on the water garden which fills up most of the grounds the museum displays differing emotions throughout the passing of the seasons and is nicknamed the floating museum.
