Metasequoia Tree-lined Avenue

As an approach road to Makino Kogen, approximately 2.4 kilometers long, lined with 500 Metasequoia trees. Throughout the seasons, from greenery to autumn leaves and snowy landscapes, this tree-lined avenue captivates with its various appearances, shaping the beautiful scenery of Makino Kogen. It has been selected as one of the '100 Famous Japanese Autumn Foliage Spots,' with the best viewing period from late November to early December.
