Shigaraki Youth Dormitory
Shigaraki Youth Dormitory is a welfare facility founded by Ikeda Taro who is a pioneer in special needs welfare, which since its founding has continually strived to find the limits of independence for each person, while having residents work in the community where they live. Still today incorporating activities focused on creation like pottery, crafts and farm work it provides residents with a sense of accomplishment and a reason to live and proactively working towards the goal of involving residents in society. Regarding its active involvement in pottery, it is one of Shigaraki Youth Dorms unique attributes.
